I am fortunate to have used the services of MicroCom for well over a decade; first for micrographics and then for large and complex digitization projects. MicroCom staff have been eager and creative in meeting and exceeding our technical requirements.

We have utilized the onsite scanning services of MCS to digitize our employee files. The project was done for less than the estimated price and faster than we had anticipated. We will be using them again.

MCS delivered a huge quantity of scans (even with such a variety of content found in the thousands of boxes) with a very aggressive time line, and during a pandemic!

I have no doubt in my mind that every single page has been scanned, as a result of the QC process you use, that we witnessed during the walk through… and that I witnessed many years ago.    We are very appreciative

MCS has been our microfilm and scanning service provider for many years. Recently, they digitized and cataloged our as-built drawings and legal plans. They also digitized and cataloged our microfilm for input into out GIS.

We used MCS to convert all of our mineral property files throughout Canada to digital files.  MCS was so efficient, we decided to utilize them to digitize our backfile, of thousands of boxes of documents for USA, as well.

We have carried out the same exercise in other parts of the world but MCS has turned out to be the best of the lot in turnaround time and quality.
